Orders placed on the NÉVE website are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Every order is prepared by hand, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.
A confirmation email is sent immediately once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner. If you do not receive either email within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam or promotions folder and contact us at hello@nevefragrances.com so we can assist you.
Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location and the delivery partner servicing your area. Most orders within India are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch. During festive seasons, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping notification.
Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 500 across India. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Once dispatched, the package cannot be rerouted, cancelled, or modified. We recommend reviewing your contact information and delivery address carefully before placing your order to avoid any delays or complications.
